When you own a home the to-do list of things to repair or replace never seems to shrink. Unless a window is clearly broken, residential window repair is often pretty low on that list.

The main players are low-E coatings, double and triple panes, and the use of argon or other noble gases. They’re helping prevent sound and heat transmission and reflect them away (or keep it inside).
